Job Description:
- Product listing on e-commerce website (Myntra, Jobong, Flipkart, ebay ,Snapdeal, Shopclues, Amazon , Naaptol , Paytm etc).
- Candidate prefer experience product listing on Myntra, Jobong
- Candidate should have experience in garment/Fashion industry.
- Vendor Panel Handling on websites.
- Handling of Orders Process (Billing to Dispatching)..
- Solving customers query about products or any other assistance needed.
- Maintaining Excel Sheets and Order Maintained
- Monitoring Competition on Websites & take corrective action accordingly
- Regularly Innovate & Create new Product Combinations.
- To respond to email's & solve the website queries related to complains on time within SLA
- Candidate should have excellent communication skill.
